Incorporating these practices into a daily routine can lead to improved physical health and mental resilience over time. On the Global Holistic Costa Rica 7 Day Retreat we offer guided morning meditations, two yoga classes a day, daily health and wellness workshops and evening life coaching circles. This week is carefully planned and intentionally orchestrated so that transformation happens gradually over the course of the week.
